Can you customise a piece for me? 

Yes! Please contact me and we can discuss in detail your request. 


What is included?

Do your necklaces include chains?

Yes, all pendants and necklaces are sold with chains. If you think you’d like a longer or shorter chain, please let me know in the comments section when you place your order.

Are all earrings sold in pairs?

No. Please check the item you are wishing to purchase as some earring are sold singularly and some are sold in pairs. 

Is your jewellery packaged?

Yes. Your jewellery will come in a beautiful soft grey branded jewellery box that fits inside a protective sleeve. 


Gift Wrapping

If you would like your piece gift wrapped please state this in the comments when ordering. 


SIZING

How do I find my correct ring size?

I suggest you go to a reputable jeweller and have them size your finger properly. If this is not possible please visit my ring sizing guide page which will provide you with a number of options to find your ring size.

What if I get my ring size wrong?

If you order the wrong size and it is a style that can be re-sized, I will do so for a fee plus shipping. Please get in touch with me immediately if you discover upon delivery that the ring is too big or small.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

What is your return policy? 

I pride myself in satisfying my customers and want you to love wearing your pieces as much as I love making them. 

Please be sure to communicate clearly with an me when placing a custom order to make sure all the details are correct. If you are unhappy with the final result, contact me immediately upon delivery.

I will accept returns of stock pieces within thirty days. I do not accept returns on custom and made-to-order pieces. 

(Please take note that all items of value are photographed and dated before shipping to you. If an item is returned it will be inspected upon reflection of its photograph and if any damage has occurred, a refund may not be offered, or a refund, minus repair costs will be issued.)

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, I am always happy to repair, refinish and clean my pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch with me for more information.


CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

How should I care for my purchase?

Soak your jewellery in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing it gently with a soft toothbrush. This should remove any buildup of dirt without being too abrasive or damaging the texture of the metal. 

What is the length of guarantee on each item?

I make a lifelong commitment to my jewellery. My pieces are designed to be lived in and loved, but as with all fine jewellery they should be treated with care. If your jewellery needs servicing, please contact me and I’ll be happy to give you an assessment and estimate, if necessary.

Please note that jewellery will be automatically excluded from this coverage if it has been worked on by an outside jeweller or if it is outside generally accepted patterns of wear (e.g., rock climbing, gardening, driving over it, putting it in a blender, etc.).


SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?  

Please let me know if you need a piece soon or have a firm delivery date (e.g., for a wedding or engagement). All pieces sold online are in stock and available to ship immediately (unless otherwise noted).

If your piece is in stock, it will typically ship within a few days. At present all rings are on a made to order basis and have a general making time of 21days.

If it is a made-to-order piece, I typically have an eight to ten week turnaround. In rare cases, I may need to source special stones or components for your order and thus the turnaround might be longer. I will always provide an estimated shipping date after details of a custom piece have been confirmed. 

How long does it take to ship? 

I typically ship within a day or two after your order has been placed. International shipping can take anywhere from two days to a week, although it could be longer.

How much does shipping cost?

As you have invested in my jewellery I take pride in posting your package worldwide free of charge. I send it either signed for or special delivery, meaning a signature is required upon delivery. 

Can I have a purchase sent to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. For online orders, please enter two different addresses - one for billing and one for shipping. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please contact me directly.

How will my purchase be packaged?

All pieces will be placed in branded display boxes. These are then placed in cardboard shipping boxes or bubble mailers. I send all packages with special or recorded delivery, ensuring high-value insurance to protect your purchase. We do require an adult signature for all shipments. 

Can you ship to a PO Box? 

Unfortunately I cannot. All shipments require an adult signature.
