Booking

Contact us to book your free consultation with Tanya. On the day of your consultation a 20% deposit is required to secure your date. Payment in full must be made at least 72hrs before your workshop date.

Extra Services

Extra services will be confirmed during your consultation and any extra charges will be added onto a revised invoice and sent to you after your consultation. The extras must be paid in full, along with your previous total cost at least 72hrs before your workshop date.

Cancellations

After your initial consultation, we give a 7 day cooling off period of which your 20% deposit can be refunded, should you choose to cancel. After this date, there are no further refunds offered from your deposit.

If it is the date that is no longer suitable please get in touch at least two weeks prior to your agreed date and we will endeavour to reschedule.

A 50% refund of the full total will be made if you have to cancel at late notice.

Under no circumstances will a full refund be offered.

How to Pay

Tanya Ireland accepts all bank transfers, PayPal via website, as well as cash.

Promotional and Social Media Material

We’ll make sure you get a digital copy of all the photos/videos taken on your special day. Photographs and videos taken during your workshop may be used for promotional purposes and social media after your wedding date. If you would prefer for them not to be used, please mention this to Tanya, discretion is very important to us. We will never reveal your rings before your wedding day.

Mailing List

You will automatically be added to Tanya Ireland Ltd’s mailing list but these details will not be shared with any other persons or organisations and the only communications will be regarding our business. If you do not wish to go on the mailing list, please let the team know.
